Under the theme "Design with AI", we first started brainstorm the pain points designers have in their daily work. Stemmed from my own experience, I came up with the idea of how we can lower the barrier of entry for complex tools that is often used by professionals only (such as Premier Pro, Photoshop). The team quickly realized this problem can be extended to the general public too and beyond the realm of software. Eventually, we decided to use large format plotter as an example to show how our product can help people resolve problems with the help of AI and AR.

👤User Feedback
We started with research and within our limited amount of time, conducted a small-scale user survey in the School of Architecture. The result revealed that there was a pain point in troubleshooting the large-format plotters in the school, even with the instructions on the machine.
